ACCOUNT FAQs

Having an account with Prazada.com will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account before shopping or create one before you head to checkout.

You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your order using your current details.

By creating an account, you will be able to:
1. Checkout faster by saving your address
2. View your order status and history under My Purchases & Returns
3. Save your favourite items in your Wishlist
4. Receive the latest news on Promotions, New Arrivals and Online Exclusives

Head on over to the Sign In page and fill in your particulars under Create An Account.

Enter your email address and password into the Sign In field.

Head to the Sign In page and enter your email address under Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
To change your password, sign into your account and head to Change Password. You can also do this through your Account Details page.

Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to My Profile. You can then edit/update your particulars.

Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to Addresses. You can then edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future orders.

HOW TO SHOP

To view your order information and history, sign in to your account, go to My Account and then to My Purchases & Returns. Track the View Order button that corresponds to your order number.

If you have opted for guest checkout, you can view your order information via the confirmation email sent to you. Please contact us at prazada.aus@gmail.com

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from PRAZADA within 15 minutes informing you that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 15 minutes (please ensure the email was not sent to your junk folder), it means we have not received your order and no payment has been received by PRAZADA. You will then need to place a new order.

We recommend that you create an account to enjoy faster checkout, one-stop viewing of your current order status and past purchases, and to save your favourite items in a personalised wish list.

Please check the invoice that was included in your package. If there is any missing item(s), contact us at prazada.aus@gmail.com
All orders will be fulfilled based on available stock. If a particular product in your order does not meet our quality checks or is out of stock, your order will be processed with the remaining item(s). Item(s) not included will be refunded accordingly.

Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to amend the size/colour of the item(s); remove or add item(s); or change the payment mode.

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it.

All orders, including cancelled orders, will be recorded in your purchase history. To reorder, sign in to your account, go to My Account and then to My Purchases & Returns. Locate the View Order Details button that corresponds to your order. You can view the items you have cancelled and add them back to your shopping cart.

All items that you previously added into your shopping bag under your account will remain in your shopping bag until you have successfully placed the order or removed the item(s) from it

If your order was cancelled and your payment was captured, you will be refunded via your original payment mode. Please allow up to 21 working days for payment to be refunded. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. After we have refunded you, it might take up to 14 working days or more to see it reflected in your account. This depends on your payment services provider. If you have not received your refund after 14 working days, contact your payment processor directly for assistance.

Placing an item in your shopping bag does not guarantee that the item has been reserved. Complete the checkout process to ensure you get your item(s). In the off chance that you have already placed an order, but the designers are unable to fulfil the same, we will reverse the order and return the money to your source account.

If your order was not successfully placed, please check that the correct address, postal code and authentication code (if applicable) were used. Do note that periods (.) and commas (,) are the only recognised characters within the order fields.

ABOUT OUR PROMOTIONS

Special promotions run regularly on PRAZADA as a limited time offer or on a while stocks last basis. We also issue special promo codes and vouchers which you can use for your future orders. However, no price adjustment in any form will be provided for previous orders.

Only one promo code can be used per order.

Please check that the promo code is still valid and not out of date. Then refer to the terms and conditions set out for that promotion. If you require further assistance, please contact us prazada.aus@gmail.com. Promo codes can’t be applied on sale item(s).

Promotions are not exchangeable for cash, voucher or in any other form. Promotions are only valid at the online stores unless otherwise stated. PRAZADA reserves the rights to modify or terminate the promotion if, in any way, it becomes technically compromised. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, PRAZADA decision is final.

All PRAZADA promotions are subject to our terms and conditions. You can’t use a promotion that has expired.

PRAZADA.COM and PRAZADA retail stores may have similar promotions, but they might not be identical. PRAZADA might also run exclusive online promotions that are not available in retail stores. For further enquiries, please check with our customer service department at PRAZADA.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Change of mind returns are not accepted, in any other situation, please send us an image of the product on prazada.aus@gmail.com as soon as you receive the product. This return policy is only applicable to any item(s) purchased online and delivered in Australia/Worldwide

Please make sure the item(s) is in its original state. unworn condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.

- In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings, nose accessories, lingerie, socks unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
- A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost

SHIPPING

We currently offer two delivery options in Australia, with order tracking services.
Delivery Destination: Australia

Once your order has been placed, we will send you the tracking number from the Delivery partner where you can track the order on the delivery partner’s website.

If you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date, please check on the shipment by tracking your order. For further assistance, please contact us at prazada.aus@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Check your address carefully when placing an order and ensure you choose the right location in the shipping address field (e.g. Austria vs. Australia). To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, sign in to your account and edit/update your address in your Address Book. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the location and it’s up to you to follow up and arrange for another delivery date. Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.

Most of our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel and they may require a signature upon delivery of the parcel. It is generally up to the delivery agent’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the agent will contact the recipient using the given contact number to rearrange for another delivery date. If the recipient fails to receive the package after the two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to PRAZADA.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to locations that are not on the list above.

We do not ship to restricted areas.

DUTIES & TAXES

Prazada will pay “Additional Charges” for all orders shipped to Australia and India. These “Additional Charges” include, but are not limited to, handling charges imposed by the carrier; customs handling charges; Goods and Services Tax; and Value-added Tax. Please note that shipping and handling charges do not account for all Additional Charges. In case you return your item to us, you shall be responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by the customs authorities. Should the returned item(s) be deemed not to be in its original condition, we reserve all rights to return the item to you at your cost. For orders over AU $1000 additional Import Duties may be charged, for further information please contact your local authorities.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

Authentic PRAZADA products are available only on our authorised PRAZADA websites and exhibition stalls across the world. PRAZADA does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, unauthorised retail locations, internet auctions, online forums, social media platforms and any other online retailers besides those mentioned above. If you buy a PRAZADA product through an unauthorized dealer, you could be purchasing a counterfeit item, which may differ from what was advertised and delivered to you. As a result, you will not enjoy the high-quality standards of our products and after-sales services. Counterfeit products do not undergo our inspection or testing processes.

We recommend that you refer to our Size Guide to help you find the most suitable sizes for your products. If the item you’re looking for is out of stock online, we can check for its availability in our physical stores, provided it’s not an Online Exclusive.

We utilize a wide range of materials in the making of our bags, shoes and accessories, including faux leather, natural fabrics, synthetic external fabrics, metallic components, and even sustainability-conscious materials such as cotton and nylon. All the materials used in our production are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities.Our signature line, the PRAZADA COLLECTION, features a range of distinctive shoes and bags made with quality materials and finished with beautiful workmanship. Most designs in the PRAZADA COLLECTION are made with faux leather we do not use real leather. You will be able to find out more information about the material(s) that a product is made of by clicking on the “Details” tab on its product page.

GENERAL SECURITY

Online security fraud screening is a PRAZADA initiative that acts as a preventive measure to protect our customers from unauthorised and fraudulent credit card and PayPal transactions.

PRAZADA takes your security seriously and has established an online security process that was developed in line with industry best practices. This security process is necessary to protect the interest of credit cardholders whose accounts may have been compromised, and PRAZADA as the e-commerce merchant.

For your security, PRAZADA advises that you never send anyone your full credit card number. We strongly recommend you divulge only the first 6 and the last 4 digits. In the event where you submit a document with your full credit card number, PRAZADA will not be held responsible for any arising complications.

All important and relevant information submitted by our customers will be kept secure and confidential. Only limited and authorised personnel have the right to access this information. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For further details, please read PRAZADA’s Privacy Policy.

PRAZADA takes a number of steps to ensure our website is safe for use, free from malicious activity and that the transactions performed are secure.

All the information you key into PRAZADA is protected by Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL). SSL encrypts your order information before it is transmitted to us to avoid anyone besides PRAZADA from decoding your information. We strongly advise all users to take the necessary steps to ensure your safety and security when using PRAZADA. Some measures we recommend include:
1. Avoid using a public computer or terminal to sign in to your account.
2. Keep your passwords private. Create a password that can’t be easily guessed.
3. Change your password frequently. Avoid using the same password for multiple logins.
4. Avoid saving your password in the browser.
5. Clear your browser history – cookies, caches and saved passwords – every time after using the browser.
6. Be vigilant of emails and telephone calls allegedly from PRAZADA requesting you to update your account.

COUNTERFEIT EDUCATION

Authentic PRAZADA products are sold exclusively:

We do not sell our products on any other channels, such as unauthorised retail locations, unauthorised 3rd party platforms, social media platforms or through Internet auctions. Products purchased through these unauthorised platforms could be counterfeit thereby may be lacking in quality, hazardous to health and deprive you of the full customer experience.

You may contact us at prazada.aus@gmail.com to report any suspected counterfeit products or fake websites. Please provide us with as much information as possible, including:

  1. Location
  2. Number of products offered
  3. Type/style of products offered

PAYMENT

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal.

We accept Australian dollar, Bahraini dinar, Canadian dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc, Hong Kong SAR dollar, Indian Rupee, Indonesian Rupiah, Kuwait Dinar, Oman Rial, Malaysian Ringgit, New Taiwan dollar, New Zealand dollar, Pound Sterling, Qatari Riyal, South Korean Won, Sri Lankan Rupee, Thai Baht, United Arab Emirates Dirham, United States dollar, and Singapore dollar.


You will be charged in the default currency of the destination you have chosen to ship your order to (i.e. your delivery destination). For instance, if you live in the United States, but your delivery destination is Singapore, you will be charged in Singapore dollars (SGD). Similarly, if you live in Singapore but your delivery destination is Australia, you will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

PRAZADA does not store any customer's credit/debit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all credit/debit card information is directly transacted in a secure fashion to CyberSource or PayPal, our payment gateway providers.

3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol used as an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It was developed by Visa to improve the security of internet payments and offered to customers as the Verified by Visa service. Services based on the protocol have also been adopted by MasterCard, under the name MasterCard Secure Code. 3-D Secure adds another authentication step for online payments. 3-D Secure should not be confused with the Card Security Code (commonly known as CVV) which is a short numeric code that is printed at the back of the credit card.

CyberSource, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visa Inc., is the only integrated payment management platform built on secure Visa infrastructure and is one of the leading providers for internet and mobile payment services. CyberSource provides its services to banks, corporations and e-businesses in the worldwide market. For credit card payments, you will be linked to CyberSource’s website, a secure site where all your credit card information will be stored.

PayPal offers faster, safer and easier checkouts, while protecting customers from revealing their credit card details and other financial information. Save your PayPal account details on PRAZADA checkout page to speed up future purchases. You can remove your account anytime you wish. Sign up for a PayPal account at www.paypal.com.

All payments made via debit cards will have two records, authorisation and settlement. Authorisation refers to funds held by the bank, and settlement refers to the process where the merchant has captured the fund that was on hold previously. Please note that you are only charged once although there are two separate records of authorisation and settlement. Please check with your bank for further clarification.

Please try again and make sure you’re including the correct information for login details, card number, expiry date, etc. If the problem persists, contact your issuing bank or try an alternative mode of payment. For further assistance, please contact us at prazada.aus@gmail.com.

Your issuing bank may impose small administrative charges for overseas usage. Please contact your bank for further information.

All payments made using a debit card will result in two records: authorisation and settlement. You will see both records reflected on your online bank statement. Authorisation refers to funds held by the bank while the payment is in the process of being approved or declined. Settlement refers to the actual payment ( i.e the merchant has captured the fund that was on hold previously). Please note that although there are two records, there is only one single charge. For further clarification, please speak to your bank.

Go to Overview under My Account. Then select My Saved Card and you can delete the credit or debit card that you have saved there.

Log in to your PayPal account and select automatic payments. Then choose PRAZADA under your list of merchants to view, update or delete. Get more information on the PayPal website.

All items are shipped out of India unless indicated otherwise. Please note that expected delivery date may vary based on the product's warehouse location. If your orders are being shipped from multiple locations, products may arrive in separate packages and on different days. *Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in India. Orders placed and confirmed by 0900 hours (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 0900 (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day. *Please note that delivery may take longer during sale events.
